Ceramic ribbed bottle vases

These modern porcelain bottles are reminiscent of the popular vintage style milk bottle, but enjoy a modern twist in terms of the subtle tactile finish and pretty tones.

These vases are finished in a white, deep indigo blue and sea-green crystalline glazes (the latter of which which features tiny crystals).

These mix and match shades look great either displayed together or in a small group, and are the perfect size for all your garden posies.

Each one is thrown in luxurious porcelain, and after the shape is formed a layer of slip is added leaving subtle ridges over which the glaze can break beautifully. The soft indulations of these throwing rings give a reminder that these forms have been made by hand.

White and blue versions measure approx 10cm in height; green is 12cm in height, all with a 2cm opening.

Each piece is glazed to temperature of 1250 C, and is fully water-tight.

I take care to package each one beautifully, using recyclable materials.
